The air conditioner machine is right outside of room 530, which was assigned to me. The noise from the machine was too exaggerating, like you are sleeping in a factory, especially when temperature set below 24C. When complained at 3am, the receptionist said he didn't know why it was so loud then no other further responses. It is hard to imagine in a 4-stars international hotel you need to sleep with ear-plugs or with air conditioner off in summer. When I asked to move out on the next morning they charged me 2 days fee. Hilton is an out-of-date old style hotel, both in quality and service policy. They preferred to earn one-night more fee than maintaining their reputation.

The location was ideal. It was clean and comfortable. The pool is terrific. We also had a nice meal in the restaurant, Circo.

The property was good, the horrible staff gave to us a bad moment. I love Hilton hotels and it was my first time with a very bad staff, they are no nice.

First day I was given a room with no view at the back. I could not even open my curtains as if I do so neighbouring apartment residents had a clear view to my room. Location was good being downtown. Breakfast was good but over priced.

Location was great-- we used public transportation, and there were a lot of easy connections, including a bus directly from the airport. The bed was super comfy, we loved using the gym/pool/hot tub, and the room was very spacious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating-- we got there early and it was no problem to leave our bags in a secure place while we explored before check-in. Lots to do in the area around us, it was super easy to get around on foot or by metro. The space downstairs was also great for hanging out and being able to charge devices and get our bearings. Provided amenities were great-- minifridge, towels for the pool, coffee maker and coffee, hair dryer, etc. We were super happy with staying here! I would definitely stay again.
